Café Manager

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings by monitoring food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, food safety, and café policies.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and employee performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Skills:

- Strong background in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in kitchen management and inventory control.
